You will need:
Pinch of ground pink salt
Sugar 250 g

Chicken fillet without bones and skin - 700g
Bacon - 200 g
Hard cheese - 200g
A bunch of green onions / dill / parsley - 60g
Butter - 1 tbsp. a spoon
Pink Himalayan salt
Chicken fillet cut in half on 6 long slices, salt and pepper. Grated cheese mixed with butter and chives, add Himalayan pink salt.
